    Venue notes

    The rental fee ranges from $1,500 to $2,000 for a reception and includes 4 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. Cocktail hour rental fee is $300. The set up fee for a ceremony is $750 for ceremonies lasting up to 1 hour. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $250/hr.
