Built in 1929, this historic landmark came to life during an era of elegance and romance. Today this building radiates with the warmth of tradition and showcases the efforts of some of California’s most notable designers and architects. Upon entry through the oak front door is a spacious foyer surrounded by elegant, tall, arched windows. This is a perfectly sized area for guests to mingle in elegance while providing a dramatic entry point into the Landmark Ballroom, which offers over 3,000 square feet of hardwood floors, perfect for those who plan on doing a little dancing. The ballroom also boasts 30-foot high ceilings and a row of grand arched windows that face north, providing ample daytime light and evening atmosphere. Encompassing one end of the Landmark Ballroom is a raised, full stage which includes a separate entrance and multiple dressing rooms. The Tea Room located adjacent to the Landmark Ballroom is a spacious room that is ideal for an elegant ceremony. With a hint of Spanish revival, this venue is a versatile space with thoughtful design where your guests can enjoy the surrounding architecture while celebrating a memorable occasion.
