    Venue notes

    The rental fee of $3000 for a ceremony and reception includes 10 hours of event time including set up and clean up time. The fee for a ceremony only wedding is $500. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $300/hr. A refundable security deposit of $500 is required.
