The 1756 Uwchlan Meeting House is available for your wedding day. Founded in 1974 to “foster the preservation and conservation of historic sites, buildings, and their surroundings”, within an area of twenty miles distant from the Uwchlan Meeting House, located in Lionville, Chester County, PA., the Uwchlan Conservation Trust’s mission is to facilitate historic preservation of the Uwchlan Meeting House. The Trust also worked with the Uwchlan Township Historical Commission to stabilize the ruins of Dowlin Forge, which refined pig iron, and to create a park along the Struble Trail. The Trust is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, supported by its members, members of the community and the Uwchlan Garden Club, which manages the building. The historic structure stands surrounded by large trees and lush greenery, creating the perfect backdrop for the most romantic day of your life. Gather those you love most for a wedding at Uwchlan Meeting House.
