Security Deposit: $500 refundable for all non-business rentals
Cancellation Policy: If a reservation is canceled more than 14 days before the event, 25% of the rental fee will be kept; 8–14 days, 50% will be kept; 7 days or less, 100% of the rental fee will be kept
Food: Only fully cooked food may be brought from off-site, or catering is allowed; on-site cooking is not permitted
Alcohol Policy: Alcohol must be served by a licensed caterer providing both food and alcohol; the contract holder may not supply food. Caterers must hold a Category 2 or 3 Food & Beverage License and a Caterer’s Permit with Alcohol. Alcohol service ends at 10:00 PM unless an Alcohol Extension/Security Fee ($405) is approved.
