Description:

The New Brighton Community Center is a versatile venue for events ranging from weddings and quinceañeras to corporate meetings and trade shows. Our Banquet Hall, Community Room AB, seats up to 224 guests, while meeting rooms accommodate 12 to 50 attendees. Rates (tax not included):

Full Day (8:00 AM – 10:00 PM): Resident $615 / Standard $680
Available Monday–Friday; not available on weekends

Half Day (5 hours): Resident $360 / Standard $400
Available Monday–Thursday; not available on weekends

Friday (8:00 AM – 12:00 AM): Resident $945 / Standard $1,050

Saturday (9:00 AM – 12:00 AM): Resident $1,375 / Standard $1,525

Saturday (9:00 AM – 1:00 AM): Resident $1,555 / Standard $1,725

Sunday (3:30 PM – 9:00 PM): Resident $520 / Standard $575

Security Deposit: $500 refundable for all non-business rentals

Cancellation Policy: If a reservation is canceled more than 14 days before the event, 25% of the rental fee will be kept; 8–14 days, 50% will be kept; 7 days or less, 100% of the rental fee will be kept

Food: Only fully cooked food may be brought from off-site, or catering is allowed; on-site cooking is not permitted

Alcohol Policy: Alcohol must be served by a licensed caterer providing both food and alcohol; the contract holder may not supply food. Caterers must hold a Category 2 or 3 Food & Beverage License and a Caterer’s Permit with Alcohol. Alcohol service ends at 10:00 PM unless an Alcohol Extension/Security Fee ($405) is approved.
