    The rental fee is $3,500 for a reception and ceremony and includes 12 hours of event time including set up and clean up time. A refundable security deposit of $500 is required. Rental fee includes 1 night stay. Estate sleeps up to 12 people. Additional nights may be purchased at a discounted rate.
