The rental fee ranges from $2,899 to $3,974 for a reception and includes 6.5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a ceremony is $599 with reception rental. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $300/hr. A non-refundable $1500 is required.
