    Venue notes

    The rental fee ranges from $3,000 to $4,000 for a ceremony and reception and includes 3 minimum hours for ceremony only event and entire day for combine including set up and clean up time. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $250/hr. A refundable damage deposit of $500 is required.
