    The rental fee ranges from $2,500 to $5,000 for a reception and includes 6 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The rental fee for a ceremony is $1,500. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $500/hr. There is a food and beverage minimum applied to all events and it ranges from $10,000 to $30,000 based on the season.
