A rustic Texas wedding at Oak Knoll Ranch is romantic, elegant and rugged all at once, the perfect combination. Driving up to the Ranch, the tree-lined lane gives way to an old wooden-floored county bridge before guests arrive at the impressive Red Barn. Heated and, perhaps more importantly, air conditioned, the incomparable Red Barn can hold over 350 guests and boasts full Bride's and Groom's Suites. Texas sunsets from the shaded outdoor pavilion are spectacular, as are water features including a waterfall and the old windmill pumping water into the Texas tank. Barnwood from the 1880's, hand-hewn pegged-oak beams and hardware reclaimed from the owner's family farm in Ohio help to create a warm atmosphere of the "Red Barn". Two exquisite service bars, a state-of-the-art sound system, a DJ or band area and the full gourmet kitchen are ready to accommodate culinary demands. The walk down memory lane provided by the antique barbershop, shoe shine stand, bank, small country store and pharmacy allows guests many photo opportunities, while the optional photo booth provides guests with an interactive, whimsical wedding favor from this country event oasis. Oak Knoll Ranch is the perfect setting for your Elegant Rustic Texas Wedding. Newly constructed addition to venue, "The Oak Knoll Chapel" is available for ceremonies, providing an elegant and vintage combination for the special day. When that pop-up Texas shower blows through, the July, August, and September Texas sun beats down upon us, or the Texas winter drops his beautiful hard freezing cold snowflakes, The Chapel at Oak Knoll will keep everyone dry, cool, and warm so that Oak Knoll’s Brides, Grooms, their families, and their guests will always comfortably celebrate and enjoy their Special Day! Candelabras, easels, a rustic unity table, and other decorative antique oak appointments are available for use in The Chapel at Oak Knoll.
