Built in 1938, this historic building features an expansive multi-purpose room with a raised stage, a separate meeting room for food service, a warming kitchen, two fireplaces, tables and chairs, and a getting ready space with private restroom upstairs. The outdoor area features a paved patio with outdoor tables and chairs, a canopy, and lawn.

Facility rentals may be made up to 1 year in advance and must be made no less than 30 days in advance. Rentals are first come, first served and your booking is not considered final until payment is received in full and your facility use permit is signed. Rental fees are non-refundable 14 days after making the reservation.

Rentals of the Jim Ellis Preston Community Center are for the entire facility. Individual rooms and space rentals are not available at this location.

Indoor only event capacity is 125 people, though for seated meals 100 is the comfortable max. Indoor and outdoor capacity is 150 people. Tables, chairs, and other amenities are included in the rental, and a full list is located later in this rental packet.
