The Historic Powel House and Garden is available for intimate weddings, private dinners, and corporate events. Rates given include up to four hours of event time, however you can purchase additional hours.

The 2nd floor ballroom may be used for seated luncheons or dinners of no more than 40 people. We can accommodate up to 75 guests for indoor standing cocktail-style receptions. Outdoor Ceremonies & Receptions max out at 100 guests. Venue rental does not include tenting fees, which are required for all outdoor parties over 40 guests. There is no dancing allowed inside of the house. Dancing is allowed in the garden. Acoustic bands are permitted but DJ's are not (prerecorded music may be played at a reasonable volume for dancing).
