Lawn & Pavilion Wedding Package:

Accommodates approximately 150 guests

Ceremonies and wedding receptions can both be hosted in our scenic Lawn and Pavilion area. This package includes exclusive access to our 45’ x 80’ covered Pavilion, a spacious lawn for your ceremony, and an additional 20’ x 20’ bonus tent to provide extra flexibility for your layout. Our venue offers flexible setup options and includes tables and chairs, along with the necessary staffing support for your event.

A James River Cellars coordinator will be on site during your event to oversee venue operations and ensure everything runs smoothly. Couples are required to provide their own wedding coordinator to manage the timeline and details of the day.
