Description:

The historic 5,700 sq ft Auditorium is nestled between vast trees and hillside greenery, with the Des Moines Creek flowing gently by. It’s an ideal venue for large events of all types: weddings, trainings, meetings, seminars, launches, and more. The Auditorium features vintage stained-glass windows, cathedral ceilings with exposed wooden beams, and a wall of accordion doors that open to a spacious 1,800 sq ft tree-lined patio. It’s easy to layout the large, open space to suit your event; it offers a clean pallet for all your event decorations. The seating and table arrangement options are nearly unlimited.

$200.00 non-refundable booking fee
The rental fee includes one (1) on-site facility attendants for your entire rental period to answer questions about the facility, manage parking before and after the event, provide routine restroom checks, locate all amenities, and walk through the event checklist with your team member before and after your rental.
$175.00 per additional on-site facility attendant/staff member (one required per 100 event guests; your venue rental fee includes the three attendants
