Our Ranch venue includes Cactus View for ceremony and cocktail hour and The Saguaro Room for your dinner reception. The site fee for the Ranch covers a max of 120 guests. We do have different pricing for Friday – Sunday weddings, below you will find the breakdown of pricing. Weekday pricing is the same as the Sunday pricing listed below.

• Friday weddings at the Ranch have a site fee of $3,500.00 + .5% tax ($3,517.50). There is also a corresponding food and beverage minimum requirement of $9,000.00 + 25% service charge + 6.1% tax ($11,936.25).

• Saturday weddings at the Ranch have a site fee of $4,500.00 + .5% tax ($4,522.50). There is also a corresponding food and beverage minimum requirement of $10,000.00 + 25% service charge + 6.1% tax ($13,262.50).

• Sunday weddings at the Ranch have a site fee of $2,500.00 + .5% tax ($2,512.50). There is also a corresponding food and beverage minimum requirement of $8,000.00 + 25% service charge + 6.1% tax ($10,610.00).

Our Barn venue includes the Barn Lawn for ceremony and cocktail hour and the inside of the Barn for the dinner reception. The site fee for the Barn covers up to 150 guests, each additional guest over 150 will be $20.00 + tax per person. The Barn can have up to 300 guests. We do have different pricing for Friday – Sunday weddings, below you will find the breakdown of pricing. Weekday pricing is the same as the Sunday pricing listed below.

• Friday weddings at the Barn have a site fee of $8,000.00 + .5% tax ($8,040.00). There is also a corresponding food and beverage minimum requirement of $15,000.00 + 25% service charge + 6.1% tax ($19,893.75).

• Saturday weddings at the Barn have a site fee of $9,500.00 + .5% tax ($9,547.50). There is also a corresponding food and beverage minimum requirement of $18,000.00 + 25% service charge + 6.1% tax ($23,872.50).

• Sunday weddings at the Barn have a site fee of $6,500.00 + .5% tax ($6,532.50). There is also a corresponding food and beverage minimum requirement of $12,000.00 + 25% service charge + 6.1% tax ($15,915.00).
