Below is general information and a listing of weekend rates for the Multipurpose rooms: (Friday rentals are from 5-10pm only-Saturday rentals between 8am-10pm & Sunday rentals between 10am-6pm. Please note: We do not rent rooms during the weekdays due to Parks and Recreation classes and programming.

**All facilities within the Westerville Parks and Recreation Department are for private reservation only. A private reservation is defined as an event/party exclusive to those that have been personally invited. No public notifications/invitations concerning the reservation are allowed. Exact attendance numbers are needed before a contract will be released to ensure facility capacity limits are not exceeded.

The reservation fee is based on the number of Multipurpose rooms you rent and whether you receive the Westerville discounted rate or the Non-resident rate.

To receive the discounted Westerville resident rate, those who qualify and live or work full time in Westerville, must show proof of residency with either a work pay stub, driver's license, utility bill, mortgage, W2 or income tax return.

A 25% Non-Profit Discount is given twice per year for approved 501(c)(3) organizations.

Weekend Rates-5 hour minimum rental
1 room-maximum capacity of 50 people
Westerville resident rate is $70 per hour ($350)
Non resident rate is $105 per hour ($555)

2-rooms adjoined-maximum capacity of 100 people
Westerville resident rate is $90 per hour ($450)
Non resident rate is $135 per hour ($675)

3-rooms-maximum capacity of 150 people
Westerville resident rate is $110 per hour ($550)
Non resident rate is $165 per hour ($825)

Kitchen rental is a flat fee for the entire time that the rooms are reserved
Westerville resident rate is $30
Non resident rate is $45

Reservation requirements:
1. The refundable security deposit of $250 is due 2 weeks after the initial reservation. Deposits are refunded 3-4 weeks after the reservation as long as there is proper clean up, you are on time and there is no damage.
2. A signed Reservation Agreement & a Licensee Agreement are required
3. Proof of residency shown (if applicable)
4. Reservation fees are due 90 days in advance. Payments are made with cash, check, Visa, MC & Discover.

The rates and amenities include the following:
*Setup and teardown of tables and chairs by a Facility Coordinator
*WiFi
*ADA Accessible
*Heating and Air-conditioning
* Bring your own food at no cost or use an approved catering service (a 12% catering fee applies to the food/beverage total)
*Trash bags & garbage removal, cleaning materials, equipment, and dustpans & brooms.

You would need to provide:
Tablecloths, decorations, plates, cutlery, warmers/chafing dishes, serving bowls, serving utensils etc...

Reservations may be made 12 months in advance.

Please know that this is a NO ALCOHOL facility.

*Room rental fee does not include activities within the Community Center. An all inclusive wristband is required for admission to the gymnasium, fitness room, climbing wall and pool. For wristband pricing & hours of operation, please contact the Westerville Community Center at 614-901-6500.
