Rental of event1013 includes the entire building, so you have privacy and control of your event. There are two main rooms for your use: The Main Gallery storefront has original brick walls, hardwood oak floors and a 14' truss ceiling and The Raw Garden, is a more casual, organic indoor garden space. The venue has been designed to be flexible to accommodate intimate wedding ceremonies and receptions in two separate rooms if you like. event1013 guarantees to be the best value for your budget and includes tables, chairs and many items and features that other venues charge extra for. You are welcome to bring in your favorite caterer, restaurant meals and alcohol.

A state-of-the-art house audio/visual equipment are complimentary: Two huge, 10’ x 20’ video walls with high-definition projection systems and three house sound systems. For music, you can play your own playlists through the house sound systems or upgrade to the Premier Sound Package for a bolder, dance club sound. Dramatic environmental and dance lighting are also available.
