For a wedding ceremony backdrop reminiscent of ancient Roman architecture, the Concourse in Kessler Park is the place for you. The Colonnade, located on the Concourse was built in 1907-1908 and was designed by architect Henry Wright. It is a beautifully structured indoor/outdoor walkway complete with corinthian columns, large stone trellises, and orange tiled roofing. For unforgettable photos, there is no better spot. At the Concourse, your photos will go back in time giving an ancient Roman vibe to all of your romantic pictures. There is also a gorgeous fountain that runs year round, perfect for photos in front of. For your wedding ceremony, chairs can be set up in Kessler Park adjacent to The Concourse, so that your guests get the perfect view of you saying your vows between the towering marble columns. You may kiss the bride as the sun sets over the park, with its reflection shimmering in the fountain behind you.
