Jeffrey Mansion Park consists of nearly 40 acres, including the two Commonwealth Parks located on the east side of Parkview Avenue. Walk up the cobblestone stairs towards the castle-like light red and cream mansion. With expansive grounds, take a scenic stroll among the green trees, tall bushes, and fragrant colorful flowers that cover every inch of the meadows. Have your ceremony on the green. Walk down the cobblestone aisle on the arm of your beloved father as you walk towards your new spouse under a white archway against a backdrop of dewy green landscapes. Alum Creek forms the park’s western boundary. You will have sprawling views of a flowing river lined with aquatic plants and trees that hover and sway gently above the waters. A large portion south and west of Jeffrey Mansion is a natural woodland traversed by walking trails. Take your bridal party into the forest woodlands for a photoshoot on the sturdy wooden bridges and trails that mark the pathway among the trees. In the spring, be surrounded by the flower petals floating in the wind, and in the autumn, the sunlight against the red, orange, and yellow leaves falling of the trees will make for the loveliest pictures.
