The weekend rate at The Elms is $5500. That includes two full days at The Elms, including all day Friday and all day Saturday. You can do as much set-up and decorating as you like on Friday, and you can even have your rehearsal dinner at The Elms - it’s all included! Also included are chairs, tables and linens for 100, and two staff members during your event. We also do all the set up and all the clean up.

On Sundays The Elms is available from 12pm to 10pm at the reservation rate of $3000. All of the same amenities and services listed above are available with the hourly rate as well. You can see all of our available dates on our web site: www.elmsevents.com/availabledates
