Newly restored McCaa Tavern offers a glimpse into the colonial life in Camden, South Carolina. Originally constructed in 1795, the white and brick building originally was a doctor’s office, but now is a tavern inspired a business from down the road in the 18th century. After the renovations, which were completed this year, McCaa Tavern is ready to host your country style wedding. The restaurant is extremely intimate, and is complete with wooden furniture, a lovely porch, and a state of the art taproom. The outdoor space is equally as lovely and rustic as the Tavern. With a huge lawn, many picnic tables, benches and other seating, and shady porch, McCaa Tavern is a great place to host an outdoor wedding as well. The staff will help you create the wedding of your dreams, whether that means setting up a stage for a live band, erecting an outdoor tent, or simply picking out the perfect menu.
