    Venue notes

    -Rental fee: $200/hr. (There is a 2 hour minimum placed on all events hosted at the 1889 Courthouse)
    **Includes access to kitchenette (based on availability-must be reserved in advance), 15 five ft round banquet tables and 120 banquet chairs, 10 eight ft banquet tables, 12 high top tables, additional tables for desserts/buffet/gifts, set-up time the day before event during business hours (Weekdays 8am-4pm) by appointment. Any additional showings, rehearsal time, or set-up and tear down time is $50/hr.
    -A $400 retainer is required to hold a date.
