The New York City Fire Museum is a stunning place. It is both uniquely historic and modern to make your special day a one of a kind experience. The Museum's third floor loft is the perfect place to host your gathering. The loft space features hardwood floors, 12 foot ceilings, exposed brick walls, a vast expanse of southern facing windows and an equipped kitchen. During your special event, you and your guests are welcome to visit the exhibition floors of the Museum and party in the third floor loft. Displays illustrate the evolution of firefighting from the bucket brigades of Peter Stuyvesant's New Amsterdam through the colorful history of volunteer firefighters to modern firefighting techniques and equipment. The Museum also houses a special memorial to the 343 members of the FDNY who made the Supreme Sacrifice on 9/11 and features a number of firefighting artifacts recovered from the World Trade Center site. Host a historic wedding at New York City Fire Museum.
